Spinach Artichoke Dip

- 1/4 cup of chopped onion

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Spread mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and hot.
- Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, or crackers.
Crab Cakes
These crab cakes are made with fresh crab meat and a variety of seasonings. They're pan-fried until golden brown and served with a remoulade sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of fresh crab meat, picked over
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped celery
- 1/4 cup of chopped red bell pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Form mixture into 12 crab cakes.
- Pan-fry crab cakes in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with remoulade sauce.
Bruschetta
